You are also responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date contact details for the purposes of contacting you, should your pet become lost. You should ensure that your password remains secure as you are responsible for activity that occurs on your account.

When ordering you are responsible for choosing the correct Pet Retrieve tag as we are unable to exchange.
The QR code and NFC chip transmission of information is dependent on available signal. We are not responsible for the availability of signal should your dog become lost in an area where signal is not available to the person who scans or taps your pet’s Pet Retrieve tag. The data will be accessed as soon as signal is available and accessed by the smart phone user.
While we make every effort to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours, from time to time unforeseen circumstances may prevent this from happening.
